Matt studied industrial design at Georgia Tech.
With an interest in domestic objects, he aims to instill his designs with a nuance that believes in the importance of both form and function. Matt loves to dance within the ideation process. Knowing that there is no Lady of the Lake solution for any given design brief, he approaches each concept with a nothing is sacred mindset, accelerating the journey towards the final product. He wishes to enter a field that not only embraces creativity, but pushes it, leading to unorthodox yet sound solutions birthed from research.
A believer in range, he draws inspiration from many fields. From contemporary furniture, fashion, archival magazine scans, figure drawing, sport, art history — he loves objects with thought. He loves them.
